We hope you love every piece of our handmade linen clothing. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 1 day of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Items must be in their original condition (no stains, odors, or damage)
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made items (tailored to your size or specific requirements)
  • Sale or clearance items (if stated)
  • Items purchased using discount codes
  • Items damaged or stained due to personal reasons

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address
  4. Please ship the item within 3 days and share the tracking number

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or other payment method used)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to non-quality issues, customers are responsible for both return and original shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs

6. Size Disclaimer

As each item is handmade, a 1–3 cm variation may occur. This is considered normal and does not qualify as a quality issue.

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully or contacting us before purchasing.


7. Color Disclaimer

Due to differences in display devices and lighting conditions, slight color variations may occur. This is not considered a quality issue.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos. We will prioritize resolving the issue for you.
